If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on +353 (0) 22 53921, Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm GMT, and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you send these products back to us within 14 working days of receiving them, we will offer you an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we have received the return. In this case, we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us on +353 (0) 22 53921, Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm GMT. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding return delivery cost).
Note: Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
Postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.
Returns need to reach us within 14 working days from the day after the item was received. Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number and order number (from confirmation email), explaining why you are sending it back; we will then be able to refund you within 30 days of receiving a cancellation notice. If you are returning the items because you have changed your mind, you will have to pay the costs for returns.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment and will be made without undue delay on our part.
